Responsibilities
- Source candidates via online job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and present candidate summaries and interview feedback to stakeholders.
- Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the ATS.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment compliance requirements.
- Experience with sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and networking.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data‑driven recruitment metrics.
