Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit for client requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding support.
