Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit for client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding support.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track activity, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
- Provide market insights and salary guidance to clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting (minimum 1–2 years).
- Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workable).
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local Malaysian labor market trends is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
