We are looking for a highly skilled Recruiter, Programs Hiring (Fixed-Term Contract) to join our Singapore office and drive strategic hiring for key programs.
In this role, you will be the strategic partner for senior business leaders, managing full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact programmatic roles. You will develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies, leverage data to refine hiring processes, and ensure a world-class candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance. You will be the driving force behind scaling critical teams, directly influencing the growth of Google's business in the APAC region.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for programmatic roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top passive talent in the technology and business sectors across APAC.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define recruitment strategies, role requirements, and candidate assessment criteria.
- Utilize data and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure pipeline health, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, building diverse candidate slates and promoting equitable hiring practices.
- Facilitate interviewer calibration and training sessions to ensure high-quality and unbiased candidate evaluations.
- Manage offer processes, including compensation analysis, negotiation, and closing, in partnership with Compensation and HR Business Partners.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Google, representing the company at industry events, career fairs, and on social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a high-growth technology organization or agency specializing in tech placements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., gHire), CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with high emotional intelligence and judgment.
- Deep understanding of the APAC talent landscape, specifically the Singapore and Southeast Asian markets.
