If you have a strong background in recruitment and are ready to make an impact, we invite you to apply and become part of the Royal Caribbean family.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring of shore-based roles including administrative, technical, and customer service positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, screening criteria, and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing) to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and feedback sessions between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding preparations to ensure timely hires.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on progress, bottlenecks, and outcomes.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience to enhance employer brand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on high-volume or project-based hiring.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and hiring practices (preferred).
