Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client requirements to successful candidate placement.
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage with top-tier candidates through various channels including databases, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
