Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client requirements to successful candidate placement.
- Proactively source, identify, and engage with top-tier candidates through various channels including databases, networking, and social media.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Provide expert advice and market insights to clients, assisting them in defining their hiring strategies.
- Negotiate offers, manage expectations, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team-based recruitment targets.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding client partnerships.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales or recruitment targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore job market and recruitment best practices.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
