As a Recruitment Consultant (MNC / Sales / CBD), you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to delivering tailored staffing solutions that drive client success.
Working primarily with corporate clients based in the Central Business District, you’ll build lasting relationships, understand their unique hiring needs, and provide expert market insights. Your sales‑driven approach will help expand our portfolio of MNC accounts while ensuring quality placements that benefit both employers and candidates.

Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across MNC client accounts.
- Create and implement customized recruitment strategies to meet client staffing goals and deadlines.
- Negotiate employment terms, manage offer extensions, and oversee the placement process from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM system and produce weekly recruitment reports.
- Stay current on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry news to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of recruitment or sales experience, preferably within the MNC or professional services sector.
- Proven ability to source, assess, and place candidates across diverse functions and seniority levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target‑driven mindset with a track record of achieving recruitment and sales KPIs.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with recruitment CRMs (e.g., Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore (Citizen, PR, or valid Employment Pass).
