You will partner with recruiters to source, screen, and coordinate interviews, while maintaining accurate records and improving recruitment metrics. Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and talent databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow‑up communications.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and HRIS systems.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding paperwork.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for HR leadership.
- Support employer branding activities, including campus recruitment and job fairs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proactive attitude with a customer‑service mindset toward candidates and hiring managers.
