Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and application documents to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) in a timely manner.
- Assist in drafting and publishing job descriptions and recruitment reports.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation coordination.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Detailâoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fastâpaced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship or experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
