Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and application documents to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) in a timely manner.
  • Assist in drafting and publishing job descriptions and recruitment reports.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation coordination.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
