Karang Mas Sejahtera is seeking a results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end talent acquisition in Jakarta. In this role you will own the hiring process for multiple functions, ensuring speed, quality, and a positive candidate experience. You will partner with business leaders to translate workforce needs into effective sourcing strategies and actionable recruitment plans.
As the Recruitment Manager, you will design and implement talent acquisition strategies, manage a small recruitment team, and drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in Indonesia. You will optimize the recruitment lifecycle using data analytics, ATS dashboards, and KPI tracking to improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and external vendors, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. Your leadership will foster a culture of candidate care, diversity and inclusion, and continuous improvement across recruitment processes. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions across the organization, from requisition through onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and execute data-driven talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals and employer branding initiatives.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and select top candidates efficiently.
- Oversee applicant tracking systems, recruitment metrics, and reporting to optimize time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Build and maintain a high-performing recruitment team, providing coaching, performance management, and development opportunities.
- Manage sourcing channels, candidate pipelines, campus outreach, and relationships with external vendors and recruitment partners.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies while promoting diversity and inclusion in all hiring activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance.
- Proven ability to design and execute recruitment strategies and employer branding campaigns.
- Experience with ATS, recruitment analytics, and workforce planning tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development abilities; ability to work cross-functional in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; willingness to work in Jakarta.
