Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding client portfolio
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with company goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve targets
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for key accounts, ensuring high-quality placements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
