Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality hires and team development.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and build talent pipelines.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Implement and optimize recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance candidate experience.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates in the competitive market.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing recruitment teams.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse), and MS Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing market conditions.
