Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Talent Acquisition team to meet and exceed aggressive hiring KPIs.
- Implement and maintain robust People Analytics frameworks to track recruitment funnel metrics, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Partner directly with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines for niche tech roles.
- Optimize the candidate experience through innovative sourcing strategies, employer branding, and streamlined interview processes.
- Manage external agency partnerships and recruitment platforms to ensure maximum ROI on recruitment spend.
- Prepare and present monthly recruitment reports and workforce insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in scaling tech startups or fast-paced corporate environments.
- Advanced proficiency in People Analytics and HRIS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable hiring strategies.
- Deep understanding of the local Philippine labor market and tech recruitment landscape.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
