Responsibilities
- Strategize, plan, and execute full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles within the organization, focusing on both local and regional talent pools.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, with a focus on Visayan-speaking talent.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews (both virtual and in-person) to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, specifically engaging with Visayan-speaking applicants.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure all candidate data is up-to-date and accurate, providing a smooth and efficient recruitment pipeline.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the selection process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs or recruitment events as needed.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports, including candidate pipelines, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Recruitment Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar HR role, preferably within a retail or service-oriented industry.
- Fluent in Visayan languages (e.g., Cebuano, Hiligaynon, Waray) both written and verbal, is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
