Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Proactively identify and attract high-potential talent through networking, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct professional screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs.
- Provide candidates with career advice and market insights to ensure successful placements.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team-based monthly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records in our CRM system for efficient pipeline management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with a strong interest in recruitment and sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilient, highly motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Job Boards).
