As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for various BPO roles, from entry-level to supervisory positions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop creative sourcing strategies, and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' fit. Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other creative channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data and status
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating timely updates and feedback
- Assist in job posting creation, job fair participation, and employer branding initiatives
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track sourcing effectiveness and time-to-fill
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in using job boards (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed) and applicant tracking systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City
