Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and ensure a streamlined hiring experience.
- Administer accurate and timely payroll processing, including computations, deductions, benefits, and statutory contributions.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and company policies related to both recruitment and payroll.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare various HR and payroll-related reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Facilitate a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires, integrating them effectively into the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role with significant payroll responsibilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and payroll administration.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and payroll software; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
