Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment metrics using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and niche talent.
- Actively participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Agro Boga Utama's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze data to optimize recruitment strategies and improve time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced industry.
- Proven experience with various sourcing techniques and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
