As a Recruitment Staff, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals), conducting initial phone/video interviews, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, and facilitating job offers and onboarding processes. You will also maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate regular reports on recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Manage active candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure complete pre-employment requirements.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with other HR administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga.
