Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team performance targets
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department staffing needs and culture requirements
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to provide feedback and support professional growth
- Source and engage passive candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a recruitment team and achieving hiring goals
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and hiring platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in tracking recruitment metrics and generating reports
- Demonstrated ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and passion for talent acquisition and team development
