Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure all hiring targets are met within established timelines.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance on sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation.
  • Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and develop detailed job specifications.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a corporate or RPO setting.
  • Exceptional ability to meet and exceed hiring targets in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
