Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand complex hiring requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Execute proactive sourcing campaigns using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Cultivate relationships with passive candidates and create talent pools for critical roles
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools effectively
- Provide market intelligence and insights on talent trends to hiring teams
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process
- Support employer branding initiatives through compelling candidate engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role
- Proven track record in sourcing candidates for complex or specialized roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, Boolean search, and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience working in a multinational or financial services environment is a plus
- Proficiency in English with strong writing and speaking abilities
