Good Job Creations is expanding its footprint in the fastâgrowing pharmaceutical ingredients market across Asia and is looking for a resultsâdriven Regional Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives in the Central Region. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, forge longâterm partnerships with pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management. You will collaborate closely with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for pharmaceutical ingredients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key accounts in the Central Region.
- Build and maintain longâterm relationships with pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with technical and regulatory teams to create customized solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance, forecast outcomes, and report results to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Life Sciences, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a regional role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical ingredients, supply chain, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and travel across Asia as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
