Miki Travel is seeking a dynamic Regional HR & Admin Manager (SEA) to lead human resources and administrative functions across multiple Southeast Asian markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape HR strategy, drive employee engagement, and ensure seamless dayâtoâday operations in a fastâpaced travel and hospitality environment. As the Regional HR & Admin Manager, you will partner with country HR leads, manage complex employee relations, and implement bestâpractice HR policies tailored to each jurisdiction. You will also oversee administrative support functions, ensuring office facilities, vendor management, and internal processes run efficiently. Your expertise will be critical in fostering a highâperformance workplace, enhancing employer branding, and driving continuous improvement across the SEA region.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives across SEA countries.
- Oversee employee relations, handling complex cases and ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives for regional offices.
- Manage performance management, compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
- Administer dayâtoâday HR operations including HRIS maintenance, payroll coordination, and recordâkeeping.
- Support administrative functions such as office facilities, vendor management, and travel logistics.
- Drive employee engagement, learning & development, and cultureâbuilding programs.
- Provide HR guidance and support to senior management and local HR teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masterâs preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or multiâcountry role.
- Proven expertise in SEA labour regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastâpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent is a plus.
