Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive sales support to the regional sales team, including lead generation, qualification, and follow-up
- Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date information
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and documentation to facilitate smooth transaction processes
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and campaigns for the regional market
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales support or inside sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional regional language skills are a plus
