Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests including hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all lab specimens through proper collection, labeling, and handling procedures.
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Analyze results, interpret findings, and document data into our laboratory information system with high precision.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized laboratory environment compliant with health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with doctors and nursing staff to communicate critical test results effectively.
- Participate in ongoing quality control programs to ensure the reliability of diagnostic services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology.
- Must be a Licensed Medical Technologist in the Philippines (PRC License holder).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of clinical experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of modern laboratory instrumentation and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and laboratory information management software.
