Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care including medication administration, wound treatment, and health monitoring
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for elderly residents with diverse medical needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and address emerging health concerns
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Educate residents and families on health management and disease prevention strategies
- Maintain infection control protocols and safety standards throughout the facility
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences to optimize resident outcomes
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing with current Malaysian nursing license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in geriatric or long-term care settings
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid
- Strong assessment skills for geriatric health conditions
- Excellent communication abilities with elderly patients and families
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
