Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality primary nursing care to patients visiting the clinic, including triage, assessments, and wound care.
- Lead and facilitate community outreach programs, including health education seminars and local health screenings.
- Document patient medical records accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with doctors and support staff to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians.
- Provide patient education regarding health management, preventive care, and disease mitigation.
- Manage clinical supplies and ensure the maintenance of a sterile and safe environment.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of patient health data for reporting and outreach optimization.
Qualifications
- Current Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a heart for community service.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage clinic operations and outreach schedules simultaneously.
- Proficient in documentation and basic computer literacy for electronic record-keeping.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting in Naga City.
- Previous experience in community health or primary care nursing is highly preferred.
