PanCare Medical Clinic, a leading healthcare provider in the East Region of Singapore, is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse or Senior Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals, and contributing to a supportive, patient-focused environment.
You will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Collaborating closely with physicians and allied health staff, you will ensure seamless patient flow and adherence to infection control standards. In addition, you will mentor junior nursing staff, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and therapeutic treatments in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Maintain precise electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient vital signs, detect changes in condition, and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold strict infection control practices.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience; senior role requires 4+ years.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Strong critical‑thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as required.
