Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications and verify dosages, interactions, and contraindications.
- Provide comprehensive patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and storage.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing pharmaceutical supplies.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize therapy plans.
- Supervise pharmacy assistants and support staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct health screenings and promote wellness programs within the community.
- Ensure the pharmacy adheres to safety protocols and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license as a Registered Pharmacist in the Philippines.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations, drug interactions, and local pharmacy laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software is an advantage.
