Are you ready to make a significant impact in the cosmetics and manufacturing industry? Exxel Prime International Trading Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our growing team in South Caloocan, Metro Manila.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that OMG Cosmetics meets all applicable regulatory standards, maintaining the highest levels of product safety and compliance. You will serve as the bridge between our operations and regulatory bodies, navigating the complex landscape of local and international regulations to keep our products market-ready. Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit comprehensive regulatory dossiers and product registration documents to relevant government agencies.
- Monitor and analyze updates in local and international cosmetic regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
- Liaise effectively with government officials, regulatory consultants, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Conduct internal audits and gap analyses to verify adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all product labeling, packaging, and technical documentation are accurate and compliant with legal standards.
- Manage the renewal, renewal process, and maintenance of all product licenses and certificates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations and cosmetic product safety laws.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage complex documentation and regulatory deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with external stakeholders and internal management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and regulatory management software.
