Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client portfolio, building trust and longâterm relationships.
- Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments to identify financial goals and risk profiles.
- Present and tailor financial products and services that align with client objectives.
- Coordinate with product, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor client accounts, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for crossâselling and upselling.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.
- Contribute to team goals by achieving sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2â3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client service within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of banking products, investment options, and wealth management solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and client retention goals.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data and client needs.
- Knowledge of local banking regulations and compliance requirements.
