Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of retail banking clients by providing personalized financial advice and wealth management solutions.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand our client base.
- Conduct regular financial needs analysis for clients to ensure tailored banking products are offered at the right time.
- Deliver exceptional service standards to maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal product specialists, investment advisors, and credit teams to provide holistic financial solutions.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide proactive insights and advisory services to clients.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, portfolio growth, and customer engagement metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, personal banking, or wealth management within a financial institution.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products, including deposits, loans, and investment instruments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial statements.
- Professional certification such as CMFAS or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
