Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized medication management plans based on patient profiles and clinical guidelines

- Monitor medication adherence and therapeutic outcomes through virtual consultations
- Provide patient education on medication usage, potential side effects, and alternatives

Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active pharmacist license in the Philippines
- Minimum 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital health records
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and medication safety protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
