Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations for multiple renovation projects simultaneously.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site workforce to ensure project milestones are met.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and manage material procurement and inventory.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of workmanship and materials to uphold high standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues and design conflicts.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings to promote a zero-accident work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction site supervision, specifically in renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards (OSHA/COSH preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or Procore) is an advantage.
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Makati City and travel to various project sites within Metro Manila.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tight deadlines.
