Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client accounts for the CNX Nuvali rental project
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely communication and issue resolution
- Process rental applications and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly account targets
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding rental agreements and services
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software
- No BPO experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
