Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end stock replenishment processes from TE Plants to Distribution Center
- Analyze demand forecasts and inventory data to optimize replenishment schedules
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve logistics issues
- Monitor inventory turnover ratios and adjust replenishment strategies accordingly
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory documentation and reporting systems
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to align inventory objectives
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or replenishment planning
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for supplier coordination
