Responsibilities
- Compile, verify, and analyze daily laboratory performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate and timely statistical reports for management review and regulatory compliance.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, or anomalies in laboratory data and report findings to the appropriate department heads.
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure data integrity and real-time accessibility.
- Collaborate with clinical and technical staff to gather information for quality improvement initiatives.
- Support the administrative team in document control and archiving of sensitive laboratory documentation.
- Participate in periodic audits to ensure all reporting processes align with healthcare safety standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis or reporting, preferably within a healthcare or laboratory setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential medical data with integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Fresh graduates with a strong analytical mindset and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
