Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Drive store revenue by consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Execute successful negotiations to close sales and maximize transaction value.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store floor that aligns with brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle customer payments.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in routine stock replenishment as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
