Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation potential.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process maps and solution design documents.
- Perform unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality bot performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot bot performance in a production environment.
- Configure and manage digital workforces to ensure optimal task completion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and technologies to improve internal development practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar automation-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major RPA platform (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C# for custom automation logic.
- Solid understanding of SQL databases and API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
