Job Description

Infinity Group of Companies is seeking a proactive SHE Senior Executive to join our team in Pulau Indah, Selangor. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our workplace safety culture, ensuring that our manufacturing and logistics operations adhere to the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

As our SHE Senior Executive, you will take ownership of developing, implementing, and auditing safety policies that protect our people and the environment. You will work closely with cross-functional departments to mitigate risks, conduct site inspections, and foster a proactive 'safety-first' mindset throughout the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SHE policies and procedures to ensure alignment with Malaysian OSH legislation and industry best practices.
  • Lead regular risk assessments and hazard identification programs across manufacturing and transport facilities.
  • Conduct thorough incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Organize and facilitate safety training programs, emergency response drills, and toolbox talks for site personnel.
  • Maintain all necessary documentation and reporting for DOSH, DOE, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor environmental impact, including waste management, chemical handling, and emission control measures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential safety breaches and promote safe work practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SHE/HSE roles, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) with a valid Green Book certification is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of FMA 1967, OSHA 1994, EQA 1974, and other relevant local industrial regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead incident investigations and implement safety management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with safety reporting software.
