Responsibilities
- Actively monitor real-time safety systems, security feeds, and operational dashboards within the Command Centre.
- Promptly identify, assess, and escalate any anomalies, incidents, or potential safety concerns to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and dispatch appropriate response teams or personnel during incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all activities, incidents, and communications in accordance with established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, external partners, and field teams to relay critical information and updates.
- Assist in the generation of incident reports, operational summaries, and performance metrics for management review.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety operations procedures and emergency response plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or equivalent educational background.
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career in safety operations within the technology sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as part of a 24/7 command centre operation.
