Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for the freight forwarding and logistics portfolio
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking activities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their logistics needs and proposing customized solutions
- Present and negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements with prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
- Track pipeline activity, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
- Understanding of logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding industry is a plus but not required
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and nearby areas as needed
