Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to ensure high retention rates and client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, engineering, and B2B sectors.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular performance reports to senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently to maintain a positive brand image.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales account management, preferably within the construction, real estate, or B2B service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a dynamic, fast-paced schedule.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations as required.
- Valid Driver’s License (Essential for those with service vehicle benefit).
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
