Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and new sales.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maximizing profitability.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2â3 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market insights.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within the Davao region.
- High level of integrity, selfâmotivation, and teamwork.
