Responsibilities
- Identify and penetrate new market segments to acquire high-value B2B clients within the food and beverage industry.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Promote a specialized portfolio of food ingredients, industrial equipment, and co-packing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and technical proposals to procurement and operations managers.
- Negotiate pricing, service level agreements, and contract terms to ensure profitable business outcomes.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
- Collaborate with internal logistics and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Demonstrated ability to explain technical products, such as industrial machinery or specialized food ingredients.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals and managing long-term contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interactions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet monthly sales quotas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Willingness to conduct field visits and meet with clients across Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
