Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit qualified local entrepreneurs as Amartha partner agents in Labuhanbatu
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand local business dynamics and customer needs
- Present Amartha's microfinance products and partnership opportunities to potential agents
- Onboard and train new partner agents on product knowledge and sales methodologies
- Monitor partner performance metrics and provide ongoing operational support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partner network
- Collaborate with regional team to achieve sales acquisition targets
- Submit regular performance reports and market insights to management
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven track record in partner recruitment or agent management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep understanding of Labuhanbatu's local market and business ecosystem
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools
- Valid motorcycle license and reliable transportation for field visits
