Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and prospect potential customers to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and conduct professional test drives for interested buyers.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from the initial greeting and inquiry to vehicle delivery and handover.
- Assist customers with financing options, insurance documentation, and JPJ-related registration processes.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and excellent after-sales service.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Toyota models, specifications, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience is an advantage, though fresh graduates with a strong drive are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess a valid Class D driving license.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; fluency in local dialects is a plus.
- A customer-centric attitude with a professional and grooming-conscious appearance.
