Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their motorcycle preferences and requirements through consultative selling
- Present and demonstrate motorcycle features, specifications, and benefits to prospective buyers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of all motorcycle brands, models, and accessories in our portfolio
- Process sales transactions accurately, including documentation, financing options, and registration procedures
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new arrivals, campaigns, and special offers
- Keep the showroom and display units in pristine condition to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive or motorcycle industries
- Possession of a valid motorcycle license is highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in Malay and English; additional languages are a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting
- Genuine passion for motorcycles and the ability to convey enthusiasm to customers
- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
