Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities within the assigned territory in Metro Manila.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Mightyplus Tools Inc's products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms of sale, prepare contracts, and close sales with confidence to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to post-sales follow-up, utilizing CRM software effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business avenues and adapt sales strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the tools, hardware, or industrial supply sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional experience may substitute for a degree.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for client visits within Metro Manila.
- Knowledge of the local market in Metro Manila and a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
