Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers, and industrial clients in Metro Manila
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory management
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients while maintaining profitability
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
- Ensure efficient collections and manage credit terms with existing accounts
- Collaborate with marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and product launches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial, chemical, or FMCG sector
- Strong knowledge of distribution channels and supply chain management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila
- Familiarity with the Pasig City or Metro Manila business landscape is an advantage
